I have been participating in a few Stonebridge live sales on Instagram and also using their website, which is very user friendly. Staff are prompt with messages, extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The crystals are high quality, priced fairly, packaged safely, and delivery is quick. This is a great shop that I only recently discovered. Huge selection of rocks/minerals/gem varieties, from rough chips to tumbled/ display/jewelry ready. Everything from the smaller rough inexpensive gemstones for tumbling to display pieces to high end lottery winning" showcase pieces. I felt like I was in a museum and could have spent hours just looking at stuff. Perhaps on the higher end of prices in general but considering how thorough and nicely curated everything was

[pls read update]Good selection, BUT I have been sent plenty of clusters that are chipped/falling apart. One amethyst had its points chipped, and two citrine clusters were cracked and breaking apart when I took the tight plastic off. The packaging was pristine!! Seriously bubble wrapped and in a box inside a box... But the crystals I've received don't make me want to buy again.May be a different story for in-store shopping, but as for what was selected on my behalf I am unhappy for a second time.[Update]Thank you Jo-anna for your really kind support and your hand selection of this replacement crystal! It's lovely!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! First and foremost, a friendlier staff you will not meet. Everyone is always very nice and helpful!Next, the selection is out of this world! And they keep adding to their inventory! I never leave empty handed! Today I stopped in for a geode and selenite. Plenty of selection, and now they have a huge selection of herbs as well!

It's so cool just to browse all the different rocks and minerals. There's everything from raw stones to finished pieces. They also have a Lapidary Artist on staff. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a fun shop.
